Say it ain’t so… Beefy out of the competition? I was really looking forward to seeing your entries, damn! But for those of you who did make it to day number 11 of the IMBC, Gratz! Lets keep it going guys and girls.
So, today was supposed to be a school day for me, but thanks to poor management by the idiots who run the school, there was no school and I didn’t find out until my wife and I had driven the 30 odd mile to campus and were informed by a janitor of all people that there was no school today due to an Air conditioning issue. 30 + miles and nothing to show for it, God I can wait until we graduate so that I won’t have to out up with this crap anymore.
On to the ToTD: My Job! You have to be kidding here right? While I have a full time job with school and the kids, I do not have a job that pays me. We survive on my meager disability from the US of A and the help of some great family. That’s the main reason my wife and I are going back to school, so that I can get off of this disability and find a job that I can do without further injury to my knees.
I have to get up SUPER early in the morning and head back to school to make up for today, or at least I hope that there is school tomorrow and they have fixed whatever air conditioning issues they have, it’s bad enough going to school on a Saturday, much less getting there and not having class.
I’ll leave you with this little tid bit about my life. I got a girl pregnant in high school and ended up having to drop out in the last semester of my senior year with a GPA of 3.75 in order to get a full time job and take care of my new family. A year later I got my GED with the 2nd highest score in the state.
